Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Kineo at any time. This includes your account information, video recordings, coaching history, match data, and any other data associated with your account.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any information you wish to keep before proceeding.

Delete Your Data In-App

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly within the Kineo app:

1. 1Open the Kineo app and sign in to your account.
2. 2Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
3. 3Select Settings.
4. 4Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone section.
5. 5Tap Delete Account & Data.
6. 6Enter your password and type the confirmation text as prompted.
7. 7Tap Delete My Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to your account, you can submit a data deletion request by emailing us at:

Please include the email address associated with your Kineo account so we can locate and remove your data. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Account profile (name, email, phone number, photo)
• Video recordings and AI coaching analysis
• Match history and session statistics
• Ladder and tournament participation records
• In-app messages and notifications
• Payment history references (actual billing records are retained as required by law)
